Refund policy

We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products sold on Cornerstonecasual.com. We take pride in our quality and products, and our return rate is less than 0.1%. If you need to make a return, please call or email us to obtain a "Return Authorization" before returning any items. We will arrange with the shipping carrier to pick up the merchandise from your location. Please obtain the "Return Authorization" within 30 days of your purchase. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted for items purchased beyond 30 days. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. Upon return, the purchase price of the product will be refunded, excluding shipping costs.
 To process a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Pack all merchandise in its original box with proper cushioning and packing material.
  2. Contact Cornerstone Casual Living customer service for a return request and authorization.
  3. We will make arrangements with our discounted carrier to pick up the merchandise from your location, or you may use your own shipping carrier.
  4. Once we receive the merchandise, our warehouse inspectors will assess its condition.
  5. A full credit (minus shipping charges for return) will be mailed to you. Note: Improper packaging may result in damage during transit, and damaged items cannot be refunded. Damaged items can be shipped back to you at your expense.
